Our friend @foreverkirk of @xltribe did some exploring on an abandoned Atlanta property this week to take some time for himself and to clear his mind. During the last 11 months, the topic of mental health has risen to the forefront of conversation and we at Fat Trunk feel strongly about keeping these conversations top-of-mind. I have connected with many of you over the last few years and I feel honored to have mutually shared stories in an effort to greater understand my fellow humans. Whether you’re struggling in a relationship, just brought a child into this world, scared about the prospect of unemployment or simply (and we know it’s anything but simple) wrestling with your own level of self-worth, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! If you know me, I’m not shy about face-timing. There’s something about seeing the expressions on your faces that brings much joy to my everlasting search for human connection. If I can ask one favor from all of you for as long as you live, I ask this...Be vigilant in your conversations with others (loved ones and strangers alike). If you feel something is off, do what you can to dig a little deeper.
